We are looking for a strong, hands‑on IT Recruiter who comes strictly from an IT staffing / recruitment consultancy background and has proven experience hiring for startup and product‑based companies.

Note: This position is not suitable for candidates with only corporate HR or internal talent acquisition experience.

Role Summary
As an IT Recruiter at Corvi Technologies, you will handle end‑to‑end technical recruitment for startup and product clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing positions, and ensuring timely onboarding. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical hiring exposure, urgency, and ownership.

Mandatory Criteria (Please Read Carefully)

  • 2 to 5 years of experience strictly from an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
  • Hands‑on experience hiring for startup and/or product‑based companies
  • Experience working on direct client requirements
  • Corporate HR / internal TA profiles will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, job portals, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches
  • Conduct detailed screening covering technical skills, communication, stability, and role fit
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive fast closures
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and market intelligence
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets with consistent quality
  • Build long‑term relationships with active and passive candidates

Technical Hiring Exposure Required
Candidates should have experience recruiting for roles such as:

  • Software Engineers (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Frontend, Full Stack)
  • Product Engineers
  • Cloud, DevOps, and SRE professionals
  • Data Engineers and Data Scientists
  • QA, Automation, and Mobile Developers
  • Other modern technology roles as required

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring terminology
  • Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills
  • Target‑driven and closure‑oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
