Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing and self-driven Field Sales Leader to own and grow the Mumbai territory for cloud and software services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and has a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales—from market penetration and pipeline generation to closing large enterprise deals—while building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal and partner teams to unlock new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership & Growth
Own and expand the Mumbai market, developing and executing a clear sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
End-to-End Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Enterprise Sales & Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Consultative Selling
Understand client business challenges and position cloud and software services solutions effectively through a consultative approach.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with partner ecosystem teams and internal technical stakeholders to co-create solutions and maximize deal conversion.
Pipeline & Forecasting
Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline. Ensure accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
