Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ensure minimal downtime and continuous plant operations
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with production teams to support manufacturing goals
- Manage maintenance schedules, logs, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
