Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles
- Work on positions across Construction, Manufacturing, and Engineering domains
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent
- Screen candidates for technical and functional fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage pipelines efficiently
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain accuracy in ATS and reporting systems
Required Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in US Recruitment
- Prior experience in Non-IT hiring is strongly preferred
- Exposure to Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Light Industrial roles is a major advantage
- Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Profile:
- Experience working on roles such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Plant Managers, Technicians, Skilled Trades, etc.
- Exposure to working with direct hiring teams or clients
- Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
