You'll be the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex customer problems & not just explain features.
You'll bring genuine finance domain credibility: you can have thoughtful, credible conversations with Controllers and Finance leaders on topics like revenue recognition, billing complexity, and close cycles, and connect those discussions back to product value.
What you will be doing-
Solutioning:
- Understand customer billing models and configure Zenskar contracts, pricing, metering, and invoicing accurately.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured Zenskar workflows and setups.
- Design solutions for complex billing, revrec and reporting processes, focused on outcomes rather than features.
Pre-Sales & Technical Discovery:
- Partner with Sales on live demos, sandbox setups, and RFP responses.
- Participate in discovery conversations with CTOs, CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior stakeholders, connecting customer needs to Zenskar's capabilities.
- Build and maintain demo environments that reflect real-world enterprise use cases.
- Support enterprise deal cycles and contribute meaningfully to deal outcomes.
Internal Coordination & Escalation:
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing structured insights with Product and Engineering.
- Create clear handoff documentation when transitioning deals or use cases.
- Raise and follow through on time-sensitive issues to ensure momentum is never lost.
Documentation & Enablement:
- Create customer-specific solution documentation and onboarding references.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, enablement material, and product documentation.
- Communicate clearly — simple enough for a CXO, precise enough for technical teams.
