We are scaling our recruitment team and looking for a driven, industry-smart Senior Recruiter who knows how to source, engage, and place talent in these demanding verticals.

What you'll do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — for roles across construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, and related industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates in specialized industrial and technical roles.
  • Partner closely with client account managers and hiring managers to deeply understand workforce requirements and deliver quality placements fast.
  • Leverage job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry networks to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Drive candidate experience with timely communication, professional guidance, and a consultative approach throughout the hiring journey.
  • Consistently meet and exceed placement targets, time-to-fill metrics, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and activity.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environment — specifically within any of the industrial/trade verticals listed above.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in technical, skilled trades, or project-based roles in the US market.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels — LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche job boards, and referral networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar).
